Some say I have been coaching my whole life.  My goal has always been to be there for a friend and now I would like to be there for you.

I have a BA in Behavioral Science with a Psychology Concentration.  I am currently enrolled at Thomas College for my MBA in Human Resources with expected completion in December 2005.  My training as a life coach is from Coaches Training Institute, one of the oldest coaches training programs and is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).  I have a passion for knowledge and continually explore resources about leadership, business, personality traits, career building, and midlife for women.

Some of my hobbies include—hiking, camping, kayaking, backpacking, photography, travel, reading, sewing, gardening, and the list goes on.

I have been on a journey for ten years and believe that my training and knowledge will help you to reach your goals and have a balanced life.
